Sanjay Srivastava »

Sanjay Srivastava

Sanjay Srivastava has over fifteen years of experience in the EDA and semiconductor IP industries. Before co-founding Denali, Mr. Srivastava was the director of engineering at Vantage Analysis Systems. Mr. Srivastava holds an MSEE from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Mark Googlewski

Mark Gogolewski, a 15-year veteran of the semiconductor industry, has served Denali in many capacities since co-founding the company in 1996. He oversees all of the company's finance and accounting activities and is directly responsible for controllership, tax, treasury, analysis, investor relations, internal controls, internal audit and financial operations. His extensive experience also includes leading the development of key simulation and verification technologies focused on advanced memory system design and verification and the industry's first configurable memory controller core solution. Mr. Gogolewski has a BS in Applied Mathematics and an MS in Engineering Physics from the University of Virginia.


Jiurong Cheng »
VP of Software Engineering
Jiurong Cheng

Jiurong Cheng is responsible for engineering of all Verification IP products and Embedded Software products, including MMAV, PureSpec, and Spectra. Prior to joining Denali in July 1998, Mr. Cheng worked on various design automation tools at Synopsys and LSI Logic. Mr. Cheng holds an MS in Mathematics from the University of Arizona.

Keith Neve

Keith Neve is Denali's VP of Human Resources. Mr. Neve brings eighteen years of experience providing progressive human resources leadership to companies during all stages of development and global organizational growth. Mr. Neve has been working with Denali Software since August of 1999. Mr. Neve is responsible for ensuring that the company hires, develops and retains the best and brightest employees in the industry, and for fulfilling Denali's commitment to challenge and reward their excellence.

VP of Sales
Dale Olstinske

As a 1978 graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mr. Olstinske has had more than a twenty-five year association with the semiconductor industry. Starting his career at Intel Corporation, Mr. Olstinske has held senior sales and management positions at LSI Logic, Frequency Technology and TriCN. In his recent position at LogicVision, Dale was responsible for growing worldwide sales revenue through the period of the company's IPO..

Raju Pudota »
Managing Director Denali Design Systems Private Ltd., India
Raju Pudota

Raju joins Denali from AMCC where he was the Managing Director of the AMCC India design center responsible for assembling a world-class team and delivering verification solutions for product development efforts. Prior to AMCC, Raju spent 10 years at IBM India ASIC Design Center where he held senior management positions and was responsible for developing and growing the team. He has worked on various processor and bus architecture platforms, and has developed a wealth of experience in system design, ASIC design and verification methodologies, embedded software and technology process challenges. Raju has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

VP of Business Development
Kevin Silver

Kevin Silver joined Denali in 1998. Prior to his current role in business development, Mr. Silver served as VP of Marketing, leading Denali's marketing, communications, and internet strategy for over 7 years. Mr Silver joined Denali from Chronology Corporation (now Forte Design Systems). During his five years there, Mr. Silver developed and executed internet-based marketing initiatives; managed semiconductor vendor relations, and played a key role in initiating an industry standard for digital component timing specifications. Mr. Silver holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.

David Lin »
VP of Marketing
David Lin

David Lin joined Denali in July 1997 and is currently VP of Marketing and is responsible for Denali's marketing, communications, and internet initiatives. Previously, as Denali's VP of Product Marketing, he managed customer satisfaction through the successful adoption of Denali's technology into customers' environments. He is also responsible for developing and enhancing key memory vendor partnerships. Preceding Denali, Mr. Lin held senior engineering positions at Synopsys and Mitsubishi Electric and had also served on the IEEE 1076.4 VITAL standards definition committee. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Princeton University.

Controller
Mary Oria

Mary Oria joined Denali in 1998 and currently serves as the controller for the company. Ms. Oria manages Denali's finance team and is responsible for global accounting, tax activity, and leads Denali's ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with modern accounting practices including Sarbanes-Oxley. Prior to Denali, Ms. Oria held an accounting position with Mohler, Nixon, and Williams. Ms. Oria holds a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from California State Hayward.

Ken Sakamaki

Kenichi Sakamaki is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in sales management for a broad range of EDA products in Japan. He spent much of that time at Marubeni Solutions Corporation where he served as General Manager of Sales for a variety of EDA product lines including simulation, synthesis, verification and layout tools.

Senior Director of Flash Products
Robert Pierce

Robert Pierce is responsible for Flash Products and Business Development for Denali, where he brings over twenty years of experience in the semiconductor and IP industry. He has held several senior management positions in startups and large IC companies, including eSilicon, Infineon, and OKI Semiconductor. Bob was one of the cofounders of the RLDRAM architecture, and pioneered the embedded DRAM market for Infineon.
