Scott Beekman, senior business development manager for Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., is responsible for mobile memory products. Scott joined TAEC in 1996 and has led the marketing teams for memory products focused on mobile applications as well as networking applications. Current focus products include Multi Chip Package (MCP) memory and embedded NAND memories. He joined the company in 1996 as a business development engineer, engaged in marketing for DRAM products. Previous experience includes marketing, sales and market research for NuEar Electronics, Copyline Corp. and SQM Technology Inc. Earlier, Scott served as an engineer at SEIDCON. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA with an emphasis in Management and Marketing from San Diego State University.
