Matt Ayers is a program manager in the Microsoft Windows Client Performance group working on features that use flash and DRAM to avoid the disk bottleneck and improve Windows performance and responsiveness. This currently includes SuperFetch, ReadyBoost™ and ReadyDrive™. Ayers also works on low-priority I/O and various diagnostic tools. Before joining the Client Performance group, Ayers has done work in internationalization, 3D graphics, networking and UI design.
