Liat Ben-Zur is Director of Business Development for QUALCOMM CDMA Technologies' Business Strategy Group, where she leads the Competitive Strategy Team. Liat is responsible for analyzing competitive forces within the mobile, consumer electronic and connectivity value chain (chipset suppliers, OEMs, operators, software vendors, etc.) to draw relevant implications for QCOM. Since she joined QUALCOMM in 1998, Liat has worked as an ASIC designer in the Infrastructure division, a digital design engineer in the Digital Cinema Group and a Technical Account Manager at QCT, driving the successful adoption and commercialization of QCT products in the market. Prior to QUALCOMM, Liat worked in ASIC design for a startup in Israel and in Apps Engineering at Intel. Liat holds a BSEE from UC Davis and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
