Harmel Sangha is Director of SerDes and Protocols Marketing at LSI, responsible for defining and managing IP required for LSI customers to differentiate their products and address time-to-market, performance, feature and cost objectives.

Sangha joined LSI in 1997 and has managed marketing, engineering and applications support teams responsible for the development and deployment of gigabit Ethernet, SAS, Fibre Channel, and PCI Express industry standards-based solutions. His prior positions have included senior engineering and architecture assignments with Seagate and IBM UK Labs Ltd.

Sangha earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering at Leeds Metropolitan University, Leeds, U.K.
