Anu Murthy is Senior Strategic Marketing Manager at Sandisk Corporation, responsible for enabling increased acceptance for SSDs with major netbook makers, and related ecosystems.
Previously, Ms. Murthy worked for Silicon Image as Sr Strategic Business Development Manager promoting a new High Speed DRAM interface SPMT, Samsung semiconductor as Senior strategic Marketing Manager promote adoption of flash with the mobile ecosystem and seven years at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, primarily as Strategic Applications Engineer for data communications and Project Lead Engineer for software development.
In 1995, she graduated from the University of Bombay with a degree in Computer Science and Applied Maths. Ms. Murthy holds four U.S. Patents covering JTAG circuitry and architectural proposals for error correction methods. For two years, she chaired the benchmarking group of the Network Processing Forum an industry association that promotes the use of standardized, interoperable interfaces in network processors, as well as the SPMT Forum.
