Kenny Rice
IEEE
Kenny Rice has been a youth soccer coach for many years and is currently the announcer for swim meets for his local youth swim team. Kenny volunteers at the local elementary and middle schools. Kenny has been involved with the IEEE for many years. He has served as Chairman and Vice-Chair of the Austin Consultants Network in Central Texas and is currently the Treasurer for the Central Texas Section. He has volunteered for many local conferences and committees for the IEEE. He was Chariman for the IEEE 125th Anniversary celebration held in Austin on April 30, 2009, which had almost 1,000 attendees for a full day of different activities, including a Tech Fair, Panel Discussion and culminating in a networking party complete with a band and food, which was provided free to all area engineers. Kenny has been in the IC industry for over 25 years as a design engineer and consultant. He is currently an Applications Engineer for Mentor Graphics. For more information, please visit
